Kohlroeserl is a traditional chalet perfectly placed to enjoy all that the Dachstein area has to offer. Set against the Dachstein mountain range and looking out over the Schladming ski area. The detached house is set in it's own small garden and offers spacious accomodation for 4-6 people.
The Rossing skating track passes close to the rear of the house, and this connects with the panorama loipe on the north side and with the standard loipe on the south side giving access to the whole of the Ramsau area without the need for a car. For Alpine skiers there is a bus stop 2 mins walk from the house which runs between Hauser Kaibling, Schladming and the Dachstein glacer. The living space has a sofa, two armchairs, a dining table with seating for 8 and a south facing balcony. The second bedroom has bunkbeds and a wardrobe. The master bedroom downstairs has a king size double bed, wardrobe and armchair and 2 bed-side cupboards. There is enough space for a cot in either of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equiped with an oven, hob,microwave, fridge,coffee machine, toaster, kettle,iron and ironing board, and washing machine. It has an ample supply of crockery and cutlery. Heating is electric or a wood-burning stove in the cellar
